Based in Northern Virginia, USA, Raccoon Alliance Breaks LLC was formed in January 2020. With over 50 breaks in nearly three months the Alliance went to a website platform much like Jebediah Samuelson III did when held his first hockey break in 1891. Samuelson's first break costs 23 half dimes and 15 raccoons bought in to the extravaganza!
CEO, CFO, COO, Head Shipper, Promoter, Breaker, Will Seward is the man behind the Alliance. Will is an Army veteran who has loved hockey his entire life. Will plays hockey, is a USA hockey certified coach, and a huge (HUGE!) Capitals fan.
